Anastasia has a passion for fitness, travel and fashion and it shows. Her YouTube workouts are shot from beautiful locations around the world that make us want to be there with her. She shares with us why fitness is truly a way of life for her.

Q: Where are you from? Where do you live currently?

I am originally from Ukraine, but I moved to the U.S. when I was a teen. My workouts are filmed all over the world so now I spend most of my time between the U.S. and Europe.

Q: What types of exercise do you focus on if any?

I focus on effective and exciting workouts that don’t require any special equipment and therefore can be done absolutely anywhere-backyard, poolside, beach, park and even a hotel room.

Q: Do you have a fitness philosophy? What is it?

Absolutely! I believe that in fitness, just like in life, it all begins with our mind. If we can convince ourselves that we can accomplish anything, then everything in this world becomes possible.

Q: What’s your favorite workout routine?

It may come as a surprise, but I don’t have a favorite workout routine. I like to constantly change things up because I believe that’s the most effective way to achieve the best results and to stay consistent with your workouts. I love my Bubble Butt workout routines and each one of them is filmed in a completely different location with new and challenging moves.

Q: What advice would you give to novices?

Eat clean, stay consistent and enjoy the process. Focus on the journey and you’ll start to see some amazing results.

 
Q:  Why did you get into health and fitness? 

I came to the U.S. by myself when I was 16 years old. I had no friends, family or relatives here, so fitness became an important part of my life. And the more disciplined I became about my workouts, the more successful I became in my every day life. 

Q: Who is your typical day like?

I am an early bird, so morning is my favorite time of the day. I check my calendar to see what’s scheduled for the day, update my social media, respond to emails and workout. My afternoon is busy with meetings and fitness consultations. In the evening I like to plan my next fitness workouts and new destinations where they’ll be filmed.

Q: What’s one health or fitness product you can’t live without?

Beautiful and comfortable activewear. I believe we should look our best even when we work out. It keeps me motivated throughout the workout and makes me feel good.

Q: What are your opinions about diets? Is there a specific diet philosophy you follow?

I am a huge fan of a Paleo Diet. I believe that by eating the way our ancestors ate is absolutely the best way to normalize your weight and improve your health. 

Q: What’s the one mistake/misconception that many people make about health and fitness?

I think the biggest misconception people make about health and fitness is that they look for fast results with their workouts and diets. Its important to remember that healthy lifestyle is a choice each one of us makes every single day.
